Meet our tough gal - Kirstin Hall

Ever wondered what your Executive Travel Consultant's do in their spare time?  Kirstin completed the Tough Guy & Gal Challenge in Rotorua.  The challenge involved an off-road running course that includes swamp crossings, a spiders web net climb, crawling under barb wire, a range of man made obsticles, mud and more mud.  Kirstin proved she has both power and endurance and can handle getting down and dirty.  The weird thing is she was smiling the whole way!

Carrington resort appoints new chef

Demian Dunlop has been appointed the new chef at Carrington Resort A Heritage Hotel. He will be responsible for Carrington Resort’s fine dining restaurant and the Karikari Estate Winery restaurant. He will also oversee all conference and wedding catering activity on the resort.  “I am looking forward to continuing the great culinary tradition at Carrington Resort A Heritage Hotel.
